Your data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. We use the following data processors: Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery, USA, SCCs) and Vercel Inc. (web hosting, USA, SCCs). SCCs = Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46.2.c GDPR).
5. Retention period
Your data will be kept for 12 months from the date of your request, unless you exercise your right to erasure.
